RENTAL DESCRIPTION:

Rent the entire house to accommodate 11 or book the upper or lower unit for smaller groups. King beds with top of the line pillow top mattresses and high thread count sheets on both the upper and lower levels. Comfort and quality make this a home you'll melt into the moment you arrive. Finley House is spacious and welcoming and has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen so you can dine on the deck and watch the herons, eagles, seals, and any other surprises the river holds. You have it all here with the beach a few minutes away as well.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

When Reserving a home, we ask for a 1 night deposit, 2 nights for a stay of 4 nights or more. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. You must cancel at least 60 days prior to your stay with a $50.00 cancel fee. If you cancel after the 60 days and we are able to re-book the home for the same amount of nights and the same rate per night, we will refund all but the $50.00 cancel fee. We have a security deposit on all of our homes as well. In most cases this amount is $400.00.
